We will be having a Never Won A Buckle Class at our October show!!
It will run after the 15k Am class on re-run cattle for $65

We will also have a ballot box in the show office where we will be taking nominations/votes from the membership for our Most Improved Rider Award! The most improved rider award is for a rider who has shown the most improvement in the show pen throughout the year! Please consider nominating a rider that you think has shown the most improvement throughout this show year!

Hello CCC Members!

Our FINAL Club show (#7) kicks off this Sunday, October 8th! We will be running a pen rotation schedule.

***ALL CLASS DRAWS WILL BE POSTED BY NOON ON SATURDAY!
***We will be starting our show at 8:00am - Cattle will come in at 7:45am for the Open!
***The Fresh Cattle Practice did NOT make
***The Never Won A Buckle Class will go after the 15k Am!
***Our food vendor that will be serving food for breakfast and lunch -they will need to leave before dinner, so please plan accordingly!
Make sure to stop in and support The Chalk-Lit Truck!

CCC President’s Letter – February 10th, 2023
 
Howdy Fellow CCC Members!
 
Last year we had a great show season and wrapped it up with a wonderful banquet. We had a fun joint NCHA show with Gold Country in Corning and an awesome NCHA weekend show in Paso Roble. Because of the successes of these show, the club is ready to give back and plans to reduce its office fee by $25 in order to raise the jackpot to $50 per class. We are excited to enhance the payout of the classes for our members!
 
We are looking forward to the next show season and our board has agreed to give Jeff Smith saddles to all the classes but the youth and the ranch classes, which receive lovely belt buckles instead. While we are working hard to ensure that our shows are as affordable and rewarding as possible, cattle fees are an inescapable fact of cutting and our fee must go up by $5 a head.  We would like to thank Tommy Newbill for his help in the cow pen last year and we are excited to welcome our new cattle handler, Garret Porter.
 
CCC has been blessed with an awesome board. We have a team of doers that are not afraid to take the time and spend the extra energy it takes to make our club a success. We are looking forward for to another great show season and we to seeing all our faithful members again.
